我想我是應該考慮一下減肥了，雖然男朋友沒在正面的說過我胖一類的話，可是平時我們在一起開玩笑的時候，他經常會給我說是：“你太瘦了”。每次聽到他這么說的時候，其實我心里也明白，他是在說我胖，我自己也早已經意識到了，因為我也發現自己去年一的一年以來確實胖了好多的，自己不能再這樣胖下去了，所以我就想減肥，這段時間在網上看到大家對中醫減肥的評價還不錯，所以我就想去試試這個中醫減肥，希望自己能减肥成功。

哥哥家最近準備裝修，他說想要挑選好一點的木地板，之前家裡的木地板因為滲了水，很多地方都變形了，現在要好好挑選一下了，要找那種使用壽命長一些的。我就在網上查了一下，現在的木地板種類還真是多，自己了解的太少了。現在有很多復合型的木地板都是耐水，耐熱的，質量很好，而且也很環保，都是用實木一類的綠色建材製作的，對人體沒有什麼危害，雖然價格相對高一些。哥哥說價格沒關係，只要能買到好東西就行，我們今天就準備去建材市場挑選木地板。

從國外回來之後，在家呆著沒事幹，於是跟幾個朋友商量，想合伙開家美容中心，應該還不錯。主要是給女性做減肥治療。我在國外的時候，就聽說咱國內的中醫減重很受歡迎，很多外國女性都採用中醫減重。對身體無傷害，無痛苦。跟朋友商量之後，我們很快就採取行動。一個月之後我們的美容院證實開業。來我們店裡的顧客主要是以減肥者居多。但是我們的美容師都建議顧客採用中醫減重，並且大多數顧客也都會採用中醫減重這種方法。很快，我們的生意越做越火，於是我們就開了家連鎖店，以滿足更多女性的要求。

以前還沒有聽說過長灘島這個地方，後來才知道原來長灘島這麼美。多虧我一個朋友在旅行社工作，她負責很多國外的線路，經常可以到全世界各地去旅遊。前兩天就帶了一個長灘島自由行的團，自己也好好的玩了一趟。回來之後一個勁的給我推薦長灘島自由行，我這才知道有長灘島這麼個地方，在看了她拍的很多照片之後我真的想馬上就去長灘島看一看。想到自己真是孤陋寡聞啊，這麼好的地方居然都不知道。朋友說過一段時間長灘島自由行會有優惠活動，我可以抓住這個機會好好去玩一下。

對我來說減肥真的是每天的必修課，因為現在體重的原因，以前的好多衣服都已經穿不了了，現在看著自己以前的照片真的是好懷念那個時候的自己，那會我還是周圍人裏面最的瘦的，正是因為我太瘦的原因，媽媽就一直為買個補藥讓我吃，說是我太瘦了，得長的胖一些，後來因為有一些藥裏面有激素，慢慢的我就開始胖了，就變成了現在的這個樣子，每天要為減肥頭疼，現在媽媽看到我胖的樣子也開始後悔她以前讓我吃的那些藥了
